Batman has been my go to superhero as far as I can remember. I don’t know if it was the Frank Miller comics (with the amazing art style and visuals) or the Adam West TV show (as cheesy as a show can be) that drew my imagination into the idea that someone out there, a mere human, will take on the troubles of this world and smack the bad guys silly.
