I was wondering if you could do some relationship headcannons about baby!danvers and the superfriends and how protective they probably are of her cause she's a smol lil bean? And also like just how they all bond.
A/N: I wasn’t really sure what towrite for this but it was quite fun to think about. I hope this is alright;thank you for sending the request and I hope that you enjoy it.
Game nights are the best way for the superfriends to get together and bond. Food, music, games and whatever else you can all think of are the things that go into the evening.
Them being way too protective of you, even though they know you can look after yourself.
‘Nope,’ said Winnas you grabbed some of the protective clothing. ‘Nope, not happening.’
‘Winn, you can’tstop me,’ you complained, glancing over his shoulder where you could see Karaand Alex marching your way. ‘Did you call them?’
‘No, I did,’ Jamesassured you, moving from the other side of the computers. In your haste to getout there and help you’d somehow missed him.
‘I want to help!’you protested.
‘We know,’ Karasaid softly, resting a hand on your shoulder.
‘We know you can,’added Alex before you could protest further.
‘Just… help me withthe scans?’ asked Winn.
With a sigh youslumped into the seat beside him, already trying to figure out how exactly youwere going to get out in the field.
You do different things with different people. Winn is films; James is sport or coffee meetings; even with J’onn you spoke to him about his family. But, your favourite times were when everyone was together, the little family unit that you were used to with them all.
Knowing that you can call, or message, any of them when you need someone to talk to, no matter what.
It was late, laterthan you wanted it to be. A couple of hours earlier and you could have calledWinn without worrying you were interrupting things. Later, and James would beup to get in a workout. But it was just the wrong time, wrong time for them, for your sisters, and just the wrong time for you to willingly call J’onnbecause he’d worry.
With a sigh, youflipped your phone over in your hand. There was only one thing for it. You letout a longer breath as you texted the group chat, telling them that you werehaving nightmares, knowing that they would offer you the support that you neededfor it, even if they couldn’t get to you physically, they’d be there.
Always having fun together. Despite all the serious things in your lives, despite how overbearing they can be sometimes with their protectiveness, you knew how to have fun together, to laugh because that was just as important with looking out for each other as everything else. Be it movies, games, or just general conversations at home or in different places.
