During that one scene where she and Brightbill are on the falling ship, and Brightbill's wing is hurt so he can't fly, she literally decides to protect him from the fall by putting him in her chest compartiment. Auuugh the symbolism of protecting her adopted child by putting him in her own body auuug I am unwell [x]
I want to have her pregnant because she's such a good mom. Well, she is already a mom, to her baby duck (his name is brightbill, you can see him in her hand) and the whole movie is about her coming to motherhood and the struggles of an inter race family. Well I think she deserves even more babies. I know that the point of the movie was about adoption, but wouldn't it be so cute if brightbill had a little robot sibling? That and during the whole movie I was thinking of how long ducks live for and I was SAD. I don't want her to be all alone with no one to dote on [x]
Superbia:
During the latter half of the show, we get told that in an alternate universe Superbia and Lulu (a character who rapidly grew from childhood and we see get taken care of), Superbia acted as her ‘Uncle’ - which she continued to call him - after her primary caretaker died. Superbia is seen to care deeply for her after regaining his memories of that universe. Also! Superbia is based of the deadly sin Pride, so I think that he’d care for his children deeply and do his best to nurture them. You know, take pride in their growth and all that. He’d want to do it correctly. [x]
