Gier guld entered his main adminstrative building. The other corporate heads had been summoned and their members waiting eagerly as he walks to the center.
He tapped on the mic before smiling widely. "As many have read in your emails. Yes. a deal has been made with mammon. You are looking at the next..what could be a word. Heir. Face? The new nightmare of hell?" He cackles. "I built this state on the foundations of maximizing profits, of reaching the top, no matter the cost. Those who sit here today are proof of that concept..and i have just reached the peak. Now begins to the real work...as such i am introducing a bill into the legislation." He looks to the podium pulling out a drive as he inserts it pressing a button.

The territory is to be expanded heavily and subjugated under our will. As long as we do not encroach on areas highlighted in sub-section B through E.
