Hi hi! For the writer game: How about 17, 56, and 41? :3
Hello Squiggily! (Right back at ya, Lol)
17. What do you do when writing becomes difficult? (maybe a lack of inspiration or writers block)
Whenever I feel stuck with a scene or getting inspiration, I usually try to briefly walk away from working on the project to clear my mind, like taking a shower, eating some lunch, or even just pacing around the room. I find that the more I feel relaxed is when ideas start to flow again!
56. What’s something about your writing that you pride yourself on?
I pride myself on trying to make a story enjoyable or entertaining. With fics, I want readers to have fun with it for that little boost of serotonin, which is why I always try to keep the tone lighthearted. With some of my other writing that fit into different genres, I also want to keep it entertaining for the reader to be engaged in the story or the world that I’m building. One of my aspirations in writing is to inspire others, and I think one way to do that is to first make it entertaining!
41. Do you tend to reread fics or are you a one-and-done kind of person?
I always reread fics, almost like a habit, Lol. When it comes to my own fics, I reread them for inspiration, to notice patterns, or to revisit them. With fics from other writers, I also go back and read them from time when it may pop in my mind or I’m feeling in a reading mood.
Thank you for asking!
