you have to swap out one of the f/f members with another big 4 celebrity and it can't be yourself or switch one member for another. who are you choosing and why?

"well, i guess i'd switch out yeoreum and give her a solo career she has more control over. i'm sure she'll be a lot more successful that way. do i really have to put someone else in the group? i think we can survive as a trio."

what is the biggest thing you've done that you don't want out in the public? how far would you go to keep it under wraps?

"oh this is going to get me in so much trouble but i'm pretty sure i've posted a nasty comment or two about some celebrity. i can't even remember who it was, but i was like twelve, but i know that could kill my career, yikes. i guess i'll just have to go to the moon and back pretending it isn't me, huh?"

what is your life goal? has it changed over your life? how so?

how do you feel about the focus on visuals in the kentertainment industry? what do you think of your own benefits of it?

"it's almost inevitable, isn't it? considering that this is a job where you're required to grab the attention of people in a span of seconds, it can't be helped. oh, well i think my softer visuals have definitely helped me with some of the roles i've been offered, but i'm not sure if i've benefitted too much from it. there are so many more visually striking people out there."

if you were forced to become the sudden ceo of one of the big 4 which would you choose and why?

"i doubt i'd be very good at the job, but i guess my current company? only because i know it the best at the moment. if i were to go somewhere like culture creative, i think i'd be very lost."

what is the worst thing you've ever done?

despite this having been her company for seven years, it felt weird for hyojung to step back into everlast's building again. maybe it's because she had to practically sneak in so word about angelic coming back wouldn't leak out, but it felt like she was getting stuck somewhere, for the lack of a better term. nevertheless, she was still excited about releasing new music. drive was her attempt at doing something on her own, but she quickly learned that she feels so much better performing with others instead.

her manager has left her to deal with some technical things—he said something about not paying for guest parking—and so she was feeling like a stranger in a building that was once her own. fiddling around with her bag, she let out a sigh as she looked at some of the artists passing by. she could recognize a few of them, but it was hard to put names to faces. this is what she gets for living as an actress for the past three years, huh?

Eyes fixed on the mirror, she considers the possible paths she could've taken besides this one. Wonders if she'd be any less tired had she gone back to the US and became a normal college student, instead of so stubbornly pursuing her idol dreams. Starts debating if it'd be too late to break her contract.

Then her manager opens the door, announcing that coffee's here, and maybe Jihye can put those irrepressible thoughts aside for however long it takes to down her beverage. There's an extra cup and pastry for her co-MC for the day, and those in hand, she slips out of the room and goes to greet them. Their waiting room's a couple doors down from hers, and she knocks on the door, calling out a "Sunbae?"

it honestly feels a bit obsessive at this point as he skims through the words on his cue cards, mostly familiar by now. he'd just really, really hate to freeze up on live television. once the thought pops into his head, he's back to pacing the long hallway outside of the waiting rooms, murmuring his lines in a low voice until his tongue stops stuttering over this one group name and that oddly long song title. he's just about satisfied when he blinks and realizes he'd nearly walked straight into someone coming down the hall from the direction of the restrooms, he presumes. what was his name again? joosung? he pulls a quick smile onto his face, schooling his expression to hopefully not have his "work mask" on (all furrowed brows, thin-pressed lips, intense eyes).

"hey. sorry, i... you're choi joosung, right?"
