A little #sundaycooking AND #sundaybaking 😹 I made @halfbakedharvest Zucchini Carbonara with Prosciutto (and Ricotta, since the grocery store was out of burrata) - I saw it go by on their feed this week and it looked great. The only difficulty was getting the zucchini sliced on the mandoline directly into the colander bc my colander doesn’t really have a flat bottom, it’s kind of tippy. (Don’t worry, all fingers are intact😉) This is super-tasty and while I’d never thought of using prosciutto in carbonara, it works great as a topping. And then I made the raspberry vanilla cream scones I’d planned on baking for three weeks 😹 the recipe is from my trusty Alice Waters cookbook The Art of Simple Food and they turned out just right in my janky oven.
