**Bowen's: SSC in situ (confined to epidermis). Marjolin ulcer, Chronically inflamed skin
**Intraoral SCC: Appearance of white plaque inside mouth: leukoplakia.
**Keratotic invasive SCC: INVASIVE thru epidermis and dermis. Ulcerated, painful.
