Wimbledon Cupcakes
These little cakes are surprisingly light, as the centre of each vanilla cupcake is hollowed out and replaced with an icing cream filling. The strawberries are topped with a redcurrent glaze.
Not that it's normally a problem: these cakes need to be eaten quickly and refrigerated, due to the use of fresh cream.
