How to study during the heatwave without losing your mindᨳଓ
No ac No beach Just a girl and a lot of exams ahead of her
• take advantage of early mornings You can take a nap later if you feel like it but try to take advantage of the 4am-7am window as much as possible, it's when the temperature decreases to its lowest and you'll be able to focus without sweating your soul out. However, this is not recommended if you already have troubles with maintaining a healthy sleep schedule.
• coffee shops and libraries If you are not lucky enough to have ac in you house consider going to study outside, maybe in a coffee shop that is not too noisy or in the library. A lower temperature will make studying more bearable.
• the set up I always have a desk fan and an iced drink on my table, it's not much but I can assure you that you do feel the difference when your room is at 40 degrees.
• cold showers I know I already talked about this, but you have no idea of how much cold showers have been helping me lately. They're so refreshing and allow you to not sweat for at least 1 hour by lowering your body temperature. Give them a chance, take a cold shower before sitting down to study, I promise you are not going to regret it.
• be patient with yourself Your body is going trough A LOT and the constant sweating, the troubled sleep, the inability to just take a walk outside without risking spontaneous combustion are mentally exhausting. You are not lazy for wanting to just lay down and do nothing. Be patient, instead of being hard on yourself focus on finding strategies to make studying easier for your fatigued body and mind and remember: we are all in this together♪

Academic year on his way to the conclusion.
First summer exams session after a long time, bad mental health sucks, I'm trying to hype myself up at least now that I'm back.
Also trying a new way to schedule everything I have to study for September.

25/07/2022 - last year we had to study 8 out of 11 modules. For next year we have to know them all, so I decided to start summarizing the other three during the summer break ☕️

so i've been studying in the garden and i got scared by a noise,, but then i remembered im the biggest thing in this garden and nothing here will hurt me (except like a wasp sting or something, but still). so then i was like, these animals are probably scared of me since im like an apex predator ??? then i realised... im vegeterian... if i was a dinosaur, id be one of those huge ones who only eat trees... im a big, tall, herbivore.......... as u can tell studying has been productive and on topic....
