The Moon: Describe a dream (or nightmare) you’ve had recently.

“Hm… I do have this reoccurring dream that I have wings. I can’t fly with them, but they’re beautiful, and they glow. I feel almost like a butterfly. But… the dream always gets scary if I stay asleep for too long. People don’t like my wings. They want to clip them, even though I can’t fly in the first place.”

The Star: What inspires you?

“Books. When I was little, my dad started it. He used to read to me every night before bed. I wanted to be a detective, just like Encyclopedia Brown! But… now I’m not so sure what I want to know. All I know is that I still love books, and that reading a good book makes me want to do something meaningful with my life.

For the purposes of this question I’m going to go with Aqua/Terra in terms of canon considering that’s what’s going on here in FRW, but I realize they are in no way 100% canon in-game even though I like to believe so 99.9% of the time, it is in this .1% that I am making this disclaimer.

In canon neither of them are really uh, doing well right now, Aqua’s been stuck in the Dark Realm for twelve years and Terra has been possessed and controlled by Xehanort for the same amount of time so... Yeah! Things are super awful but I could only imagine-- and hope-- that there’s hope for them in that Aqua will be rescued and Terra will be un-norted and they can have a really adorable reunion. Before all of that junk happened though... I think there were feelings that were unspoken, they weren’t together together y’know what I’m sayin’.

In AU the circumstances... are less horrible! [confetti] but still horrible sometimes because Terra seems to have a penchant for trouble no matter what universe he’s in. Aqua has feelings but is too dense to notice and would really, really appreciate it if Terra stopped coming back home with the shit beat out of him. Things will probably work out eventually though! Probably.

I’d also just like to say here it’s clear that while Aqua has had no prior romantic experiences in canon she’s probably??? (???) Had at least one short fling in middle or high school or something in this AU that ended quickly because she’s no fun at all.

Nothing.

He whips around in his worn out swivel chair, and it’s kind of funny since he’s so big and the chair is so small.

She finally has the undivided attention she deserves.

“Look here.” But he’s already looking at her.

She holds her phone up, keeping it still as she waits for his face to register on the screen. Any complaints or annoyances he might have expressed are mostly ignored. Her gaze remains fixed on her phone, brows furrowed in frustrated concentration.

“Are you still talking?”
