Real Nanami

Tree - darkness and despair; it is growing towards the marigolds but the rabbit prevents this

Marigold - despair and grief over loss

Rabbit - representing change, comfort and vulnerability; without it the tree would reach the marigolds 

Moon - based on the lore that rabbits live on the moon; she watches over her friends from afar despite being unreachable herself

I think the rabbit symbolizes her very well as how she changed the dr2 group into an actual class. With her gone, all that’s left would be despair and grief.

Gerbera daisy - sunshine of life

Cat - guardian of the Otherworld; aloof but willful; blue eyes pertaining to the blue moon

Blue moon - rarity/impossibility pertaining to her existence

The tree and gerbera daisies are connected as an analogy to life and despair. With the 77th class lost in despair, it was her job to lead them back to hope and life hence the cat moving towards the flowers. Being a different existence than Real Nanami, she does not live on the moon but in the heavens watching over her friends from a distance.
