Continuing my Downton cookthrough, tonight I used my leftover curry to fill Cornish Pasties. These are super traditional with the use of suet instead of butter for the crust. Also, it was my first time using a French rolling pen which was a game changer. And my first time folding hand pies. This project is really challenging me to grow as a cook.
