Yes, I love the Ganni , Isabel Marant, Stella McCartney and Miu Miu fringed jackets, but can I afford them. No! That's why I've been on the hunt for a vintage number ever since the Spring/Summer collections showcased last year. There's loads available on eBay, Etsy and other vintage sites, but I couldn't find the perfect one! Then this one came up on the Beyond Retro site and it was in the sale. I got it for - wait for it - £15. Say What, I hear you cry. Yes only £15 and I even bought a red one for my mate @big_fat_greekmother because, well you know, sharing is caring! I wear this with everything from jeans and trainers to pretty dresses and sandals (come back sun!) and I know it is going to be a major part of my Spring wardrobe. Finding vintage or second hand items based on a trend or designer item is part of what I love doing. There's nothing better than finding a vintage dress that looks like a Batsheva one or a pleated sleeve or hem that looks like something from The Vampires Wife collection.
