I don’t think a child is aware he has a choice, realizing you may have a choice happens when you are a teen and when you start rebelling against your own parents. But I don’t think Feilong may love this rebellious stage. He wants to keep Tao at his side so he makes him believe his world is magnificient. Feilong is a manipulative as anyone in this manga to keep people at his side after all.

I don’t think Asami and Akihito are dead of course. They are the main characters after all. If anyone is going to live it’s them! Perhaps they will take this opportunity to talk but of course Asami won’t like the way Akihito was pushed in his path. he wanted Akihito to be away not at his side. Feilong put in useless danger his own lover by listening his own lover’s wishes. 

Asami’s henchmen might become a bit furious to see they were betrayed. After all Feilong sent their boss away the eprson they are meant to protect at any cost. It might become a three-part war pretty much like Hong-Kong’s. All of that because of Feilong’s need to interfere. 

Sudô and Sakazaki will learn Asami’s “death” and Sudô will reveal all he knows to Arbatov. This is the kind of situation I look forward. I love when everything is jeopardized at the main characters’s side. They will need to fight very hard to get back to their lives and getting back what they own. Because obviously what Asami owns Akihito indirectly also owns it.
