CAPTION:   when she tells me to finally post something on here.

        he nudges his hat a little way up his forehead as he looks at her .    there’s no discernible expression on his face ,   save for the raised brow .    it’s dark out ,    only adding to his own  ----------   and maybe even her  ----------   ghostly presence .     𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐔𝐌𝐒 𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐄𝐓𝐋𝐘 ,   𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋𝐘 .   and then a smile turns upward the corner of his lips .

doused  in  the  soft  glow  of  the  lanterns  and  the  sun’s  residual  warmth,  the  FIRELIGHT  FOUNTAIN  rests  firmly  amid  the  lower  ring  of  ba  sing  se,  quiet  and  serene,  if  not  for  the  evening  clamour  or  occasional  passerby.  ❝  i  guess  you  were  right,  jin.  this  place  seems  .  .  .  adequate  enough  ❞  she  offers  a  haughty,  yet  candid  smile.  ❝  no,  really              it’s  nice  ❞  with  this,  her  gaze  returns  to  the  view  before  them,  eyes  momentarily  fixated  on  the  nearest  light  post.  there’s  something  curious  about  the  pulsating  heat  of  the  candle,  something  known,  but  forgotten,  like  a  pebble  disrupting  the  surface  of  a  perfectly  still  body  of  water.

here  it  is  :  a  chair.  a  wheel.  a  flickering  lamp,  rotating  counterclockwise.  over  and  over  again  at  a  deliberately  slow  pace.  and  that  voice.  yes,  she  can  almost  hear  it  now,  as  if  the  words  themselves  decant  into  her  mind,  unspooling  over  to  the  furthermost  areas  and  shrouding  everything  in  a  thick  layer  of  smog.  was  there  something  she  was  supposed  to  remember  ?  confusion  dawns  on  her,  though  she  seems  to  have  re-entered  reality,  action  only  made  evident  by  the  flurry  of  blinks  that  follows.  ❝  this  might  sound  strange,  but  do  you  ever  feel like  you  were  DESTINED  for  more  ?  like  there’s  something  else  you  should  be  doing  ?  ❞  line  of  sight  slides  to  her  companion,  as  speech  drops  an  octave,  lowering  to  an  almost  somber  note.  ❝  forget  it.  i  realize  how  ridiculous  that  sounds  ❞

      “——you’re going to be on decaf now just for that.” 

he’s smirking,  of course he is.  amusement takes over as he looks over at the gryffindor that he sees standing on her own.  it’s not often he ever sees her by herself,  it feels like the lions all swarm around each other and its impossible to get them by themselves.  ( not that he wishes to do that. )  but he does take advantage of her being alone.  ❛  wheres weasley?  it’s unusual to see you not fawning over the ginger,  hanging onto every single word he says.  ❜  blaise just couldnt resist saying it.

      “——you know,  looking at her won’t make her come to you via prolong staring.”  Ianto said as he looked up to see Myfanwy flying around.   “She’ll come when she wants too.”
