yeon sighs for the upteenth time as he stands by the water fountain on campus grounds, waiting. waiting like he had been for the past fifteen minutes because for some ungodly reason, his blind date for the buddy blind date still hadn’t shown up. he didn’t really mind considering that the student was probably a foreign student and still wasn’t familiar with their way around campus. really, it would’ve just been nice to be able to contact them somehow so that he could help them if they were lost or if they wouldn’t be coming.

he stretches his legs before placing his hands on his hips, rolling his head back and forth like he’s preparing for swim practice. while doing so, he scans the area and watches as other students continue walking past without paying any attention to him. other pairs are already talking and playing at the booths, getting to know each other. and then he wonders… if his buddy is running late because they’re eating. 

grwwwwh. 

he really hopes they didn’t eat yet.

because yeon hasn’t eaten yet. and the growl of his says he needs to start eating soon if he’s going to last the afternoon. the feeling of hunger now fully awake and poking at him immediately picks the last of his patience apart and he figures that maybe his buddy just isn’t going to show up.
