I firmly believe in fic authors' rights to delete their stories... but it's so sad when I'm scrolling through my Marked For Later list and see the notification. Like, noooo! Now I'll never know what it was I wanted to read! I'm less sad when it happens to my bookmarks because I've been downloading fic for years.

Hosted a Christmas party tonight for a few friends, three of whom have children. So while the adults were socializing we left them (four girls: two 8 and two 10) to their own devices.

I recently got myself another mp3 player after years of doing phone music only. As I dug out one of my old thumb drives to start loading songs to it I discovered I had a copy of a song I've been trying to find again for YEARS! I'm talking, like, 10 years looking for this track because I thought I heard it on one of the now dead sites like Grooveshark or Playlist or 8tracks but I had it all along!!!
