Bacon Cheeseburger BOMBS are a tasty twist on a classic cheeseburger. These savory stuffed biscuits are loaded with ground beef, cheese, and pickles, all wrapped in crispy bacon. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal or as a party appetizer.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced pickles. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough. 8 slices bacon. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Cook the diced onions and ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until the onions are soft and the beef is browned. Eliminate extra fat. Stir the cooked beef and onion mixture with the diced pickles. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a small circle. Top each flattened biscuit dough round with a spoonful of the beef and pickle mixture and a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese. To form a ball, fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges. Verify that there are no gaps. Put a piece of bacon around each filled biscuit ball and, if necessary, fasten it with toothpicks. Put the biscuit bombs wrapped in bacon on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the biscuit is golden brown and the bacon is crisp, in a preheated oven. Make a dipping sauce by combining mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup while the bombs are baking. After baking, take the Bacon Cheeseburger BOMBS out of the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve the BOMBS with the dipping sauce. Savor the mouthwatering Bacon Cheeseburger BOMBS!
