Extroverted Sensing (Se) "Marvin doesn't care a whit. Marvin doesn't share my devotion to style." Whizzer's interests seem to be defined by a few particular topics - sex, style, and games. He is both attracted to others and attractive, with Marvin often commenting on Whizzer's sexual actions. He puts a great deal of importance on his personal appearance, especially when it comes to what he wears. He enjoys the exciting experience of sports, as he helps Jason with baseball and plays tennis with Marvin. Whizzer wants to have "The Thrill of First Love" throughout his life, living with excitement to propel him forward.

Introverted Feeling (Fi) "It's tough with love, love's tough to show." While Whizzer is guided by his own emotions, he rarely lets them show on his exterior. This is shown most strongly as he struggles to admit love for Marvin, keeping his feelings internal so he can sort through them on his own. However, he also shows a great deal of loyalty when he decides he does love someone - for instance, he attends Jason's baseball game and later gets back together with Marvin. He has his own set views of the world, and as much as Marvin might fight with him, he will never change his mind. Many of his deep emotions, such as his fear over dying, stay more or less closed within, spoken only during his songs such as "The Games I Play."

Extroverted Thinking (Te) "Play it raw, don't play pretty. Sex and games in New York City have got to be played with flair and passion, and passion and flair. Though Whizzer may be written off as less intelligent or careful because of his actions, he clearly is capable of great thought. Whizzer is often quite witty, able to banter with Marvin at a rapid fire speed. While he may not be the best at games of chess, he finds his way through the games of life with relative ease, as discussed in "The Games I Play." When he discovers he is going to die, Whizzer attempts to take a more logical approach to help deal with his fear. However, when all is said and done, Whizzer finds he has more power over his own life and experiences than anything else in the world, and thus he breezes through most of life.
