I hate standardized testing
I’ve hardly had to do any this year, but finals and AP exams are coming up and I’d like to be able to use my school’s library, you know? The problem is that I can’t because they’re running standardized tests in there every single day, so people who aren’t testing aren’t allowed to enter.
why parents are not always useful
When I'm doing work my mum is always like "are you having enough breaks? you've been working all day! I've not seen you! you're working too hard. fuck school. you'll be fine! you should have some time off! relax! no wonder you're so stressed!"
then when i take some time off revision she's all "have you done all your homework? have you finished everything? can you afford to take the time off? are you doing enough revision? a levels are very difficult. you need to do so much revision. how's revision going? have you done any today? do you have a plan for your week off?"
This does not make me less stressed.
Seriously need to stop getting distracted by Gossip Girl so I can study. But...just...cant...

I want to study in a more comfortable chair without the air conditioning blowing on me every 10 minutes but I know if I do I'll fall asleep. T_T
