I'm taking a class on ancient Greek archeology and the lecture I'm listening to is about the ancient Mycenaean civilization and he's talking about the grave shafts that had weapons and such in them and how that lead archeologists and scholars to believe that this civilization was more warlike and ik that like the Iliad and Odyssey back up the idea to an extent
But I think it would be really funny if it ends up turning out that they were like a super paranoid civilization and had some sort of belief that should they ever be attacked, their dead would rise up and protect them

i truly hate how some professors refuse to allow for their students to be able to do what they need to do and so now i’m going to have to tell them i have to leave 10 - 15 minutes early to make it to the bus bc the uni bus schedule is sketchy at best (which i don’t blame the bus drivers for bc they’re not in control of that) but god the complex that some of these profs have like fuck all the way off

hm so i am not doing the best at going to class and making sure things are there on time and whatnot but i did just email one of my profs and i think that the fact that i emailed him at like one thirty in the morning says a lot about my mental health
