september 13 2020 | me vs bujo
I’m not sure if I want to keep up with my bujo anymore? (I feel like I go through this even few months.) I’m just seriously struggling to like effectively list my assignments in the damn thing. Ugh. I think that will be my focus of this week figuring out a way to list my assignments and making this damn thing work. Â
Anyway I totally bought this cute pencil case from Yoobi. Tragically I use maybe three colors in my bujo. I feel like all most studyblrs are stationery hoarders. But, I have gotten better over the years.
Also, I think I’m going to try and actually start tagging my post properly to you know get more engagement. I think.

My anxiety over graduate school has petrified me into inaction. I’ve been avoiding anything having to do with the process. I’m not sure where the tension about it has come from but, it’s a strong apprehension. Maybe I’m overthinking things and have effectively psyched myself out.Â
However, at least I gathered all the information and requirements earlier this year. I don’t have to scramble for that thankfully.

This semester I've been annotating and taking notes in my book. It's helped me to retain more information, plus it comes in handy for my short essay assignments. I take notes in my book because my teacher’s lecture-style makes taking linear notes difficult. Writing them directly into my book helps to keep things organized and it forces me to be extremely familiar with the chapter.
Side note: My theatre history book is a pdf file and, I printed out every chapter this semester. I just can not do e-books but, my friend sent it to me for next to nothing so, I have it. It would have cost me a pretty penny if I hadn't found a way to finesse the system and get free printing.
I know I'm not alone in my dislike for digital books. I don't see how people can do it. There's just something about putting pen to paper that just helps me understand.

Half of my research, it doesn’t look like it but it over 200 pages, I went very broad on gathering information, only because I haven’t narrowed down my paper. I’m going to be working on that, narrowing down my research paper, and cut out a lot of these sources.Â

I feel like I should come with a reset button. In other news my friend just finished auditioning for grad school and they asked her to sing. Now I’m thinking about having a song in my back pocket just in case. Only one problem: I can’t sing. I’m a focus on these monologues and pretend not to panic.
