Take time for yourself. Don’t be stressed.

Sometimes you have to take a break from your study doing something that makes you feel relaxed and well. This is my recipe for a day off from the books, for recharge my batteries and take care of myself. I begin making a coffee, a tea or an infusion, it depends on the day. I relax myself taking a long bath using a Lush’s bath bomb. During the bath, I usually listen to music reading a magazine. After lunch, I apply a fresh mask face and I watch a tv series on Netflix. I do some meditation with the Calm app. Finally, I check my journal focusing on the next day and then I go to sleep.
