This short story, at about 22K words, is the first in my new series called Petra Palerno's Filthy Shorts. These spicy shorts will be fun and experimental standalone stories featuring alien and monster love interests.

The short, which I know many of you loved, is set for publication soon. Because of this, I've archived the story. Chapter One is still available as a sample here.

The published version of the story will be slightly longer, reworked to be first-person POV, and have some added spicy scenes. It's the first in the new collection of my otherworldly short stories.
