Red. That's all she saw when she took the machete into her hands, hacking away at the man that very nearly killed her...But that look in his eye as he grabbed her throat told her that it wouldn't be as quick as she wanted it to. No. There was more things on his mind than killing her.

It didn't get far when she lodged the cold blade into his head. David was dead...so why did it still send shivers down her spine?

Somehow, Joel managed to wake from his slumber to get her. Somewhat late but he came, and that's all that mattered to her. They managed to escape before the storm was in full swing. They lost the small cannibal town, and they never had to see it again.

The girl was heating up beans for the two, insisting that Joel had rested for a bit. Ellie was unnaturally quiet, and for once, she didn't want to bring the subject up to question. She didn't want to talk about it...Ellie wanted to move past it.

my opinion on;

character in general: I don’t even know how to start explaining my love for Joel— I mean when i first started playing tlou i was literally so scared because it was the first game i’ve played after buying a ps3. In shorter terms (at least i’ll try) I LOVE JOEL BECAUSE HE’S : morally selfish, he’s a protector, survivor, bad-ass, ( i only say he’s morally selfish because of tlou ending ) ellie asks him what happened, he says there were others like her and left out the part where he massacred a fleet of soldiers; i know this sounds terrible but imo i think he’s been through some shit, he’s lived and died- joel didn’t want to lose someone he went through the seasons with- and in a way i think he thinks of his daughter. that’s why he’s morally selfish. i have mixed feelings about this character in general, about if he was wrong or not so i can’t say anymore.how they play them: WONDERFULLY. The first blog from the last of us fandom that I’ve followed, and who I enjoy seeing on the dash when they come around doing whatever. I enjoy their portrayal because they get his character SO well, I hear Joel’s voice when I read their stuff. ♥the mun: haven’t had a chance to talk to the mun, but they seem very sweet :3

overall opinion: please, please follow this amazing blog. i follow a few ellie’s, but this is the only joel blog i’m following and i think that obviously says a lot, don’t you think? lovely portrayal, lovely mun, check em’ out when you have the chance!
