i guess you could say that i do. it depends on the level of wrong tbh. if i believe that someone makes me feel like shit a lot like all the time, then i just cut them out of my life, you know? but i tend to let things go pretty easily. just let me have a nice nap or something and it’ll be all good. also its rly important to talk it out and understand wtf is going on so that usually helps me get over shit like 99% of the time too
