I just love stretching out on my medicine ball & I certainly do not use it nearly as often as I would ideally like. ā Here you can see me rotating my hips which helps to release pain in my lower back & the side bend also helps to elongate my spine & just get those synovial fluids flowing, which is the goal for anything you do in the morning, because that synovial fluid is like the oil to your engine and your body just doesn't work right if it's not lubed up š ā As always breathe, take it slow, & listen to your body. ~ #FunctFriday #UsefulFitness #StrongonFriday #functional #friyay #fridayfeeling #stabilityball
