REQUEST: SPIES FOR THE INTERNATIONAL DEPARTMENT FOR WOMANLY WARFARE
There is a department within the International Commitee of Wizards that is scarcely spoken about. All that is known about them, is they only accept woman- but no one seems to know who these woman are...it’s almost as if they don’t exist
The International Department for Womanly Warfare is a department within the ICW which is soley dedicated to espionage- given the political climate in both the wizarding and muggle worlds during the Cold War, the ICW created the department in order to keep tabs on various ministries Spies as well as use its members for the greater good of the Wizarding community. Despite this being a department within the ICW, the ICW itself does not neccisarily hold any juricdiction on the spies themselves....

My Favorite Book Is:

I’m going to have to say The Hobbit/The Lord of the Rings. I reread them every year and have done since I was about 13 or 14 but I first had them read to me. I can still remember being curled up in bed (I was probably 5 or so) as my Dad read me The Hobbit (I always remember him reading either the scene with the trolls or the scene where the dwarves come to Bilbo’s hobbit hole) from his super nice, colour illustrated, special edition volumes.
I remember getting my own copy when I was 7 and being so happy. I remember running down the stairs after reading The Fellowship of the Ring for the first time and demanding where the second one was so I could keep going. I remember happily getting my own copy of those for Christmas one year since that I mean I could finally take them with me. Dad never lets me take his editions out of the house, which I don’t blame him for now let alone when I was a kid.
I of course love the story and the writing and all that but a lot of that love is tied into my relationship with my Dad too.
2, 9, and 21 for the film meme! :D
9 was answered and if I keep listing more it will never end, haha.
2. What’s the most disturbing movie you’ve ever watched? That’s easy. Se7en. I should not have watched that when I was 11 or 12 years old. 21. A film with an amazing soundtrack? Another one that’s really tough, but off the top of my head I really love Gladiator. I think it’s a perfect score from start to finish and Hans Zimmer hasn’t done one that epic since then in my opinion.
