STRETCHMED™ Stretch Therapists use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques to improve flexibility, maximize blood flow, reduce stress, and much more! We work with clients in 25 and 50 minute 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions anywhere from 1 to 4 times a week, depending on the needs and goals of our clients. We will make the recommendation that is right for you!
