Foot Stretches You Can Do at Your Desk
If you work at a desk all day, your feet can become stiff and sore from lack of movement. A few office-friendly foot stretches can make a huge difference — no gym required!
While sitting, lift your heels off the floor and press your toes down for 10 seconds, then reverse it by lifting your toes while keeping heels grounded. Rotate your ankles slowly to increase mobility. Keep a small massage ball under your desk to roll under your feet during long calls or meetings.
These easy movements improve circulation, reduce swelling, and keep your feet engineered throughout the day. A few minutes every hour can keep your legs light and your posture strong.
