The photo-elastic principle is adopted to measure the surface stress and the stress layer depth of chemically strengthened glass with software. This equipment is widely used in the quality control for cellphone glass panel, LCD panel and other display panel. It can automatically judge sample stress status qualified or unqualified (OK/NG) according to operator setting. A calibration sheet is offered to proceed equipment self-calibration at any time.
