Its always the same trope, sequal , or just a recycled plot line. Its aggravating as hell trying to find anything.

This is the beginning of the end of physical media
No one is happy about this except those who can extort more profit from us. Playstation announcing that they will end production of physical discs in 2028 shows us how much they don't care anymore. Slowly we will own less and less until we own nothing. Having ownership over anything will be a luxury for the rich, only working on antique systems. The whole current trend with physical media is also very depressing. Specifically DVDs and Blurays are being treated like how vinyls are treated, a luxury item that is overpriced and targeted for a small niche of superfans. This is not okay. I hope streaming services collapse just like cable television did all those years ago. Ownership is a luxury and you won't have it. You will own nothing and be happy.

I know the quality of everything has gone downhill in recent years, but I definitely feel it when trying to pirate anything these days. I remember how easy it used to be to score free movies, shows, books, etc. when I was a kid and now no site lasts longer than 3 months. Please just let me watch a new anime without having to pay for ANOTHER streaming service
Remember when Netflix was first made and it was like "we're gonna have all the movies and tv series in one place! We're gonna be the only place you need to go to find whatever you want to watch!!"
And then every fucking buisness/company/Disney/whatever that produces movies/shows was like "What A Good Idea! We're gonna make our own versions that you can only watch our movies/shows on! You aren't allowed to watch them anywhere else! not even Netflix! What do you mean that defeats the whole point of Netflix? la la la la We're not listening!!"
(obviously Netflix has it's issues, but you gotta admit the original goal was a good idea. Alas, it was not meant to be.)
