Imagining a cis female character as a cis male character does not in any way involve any of the characters being trans and is a distinct thing from having trans characters/headcanons? And how you define the change in gender/cis…ness is entirely up to you.

you could also probably bring the trend to third person into the closeness one because it’s slightly more distant than first

I mean, in a very very broad sense maybe, but I find third person to just be emulation of how the canon is presented to us. Third person is very much the default for most stories, but if you end up in a fandom that uses first person perspective in canon, the fandom will tend to use that. (see: Dresden Files)
