I haven’t posted here in a minute with the transition back to the States and training for the 206 mile (336km) Seattle to Portland #cycling event which I completed in one day for the second time and brought it in at 12 hours. Beautiful scenery and roads full of comrades in cycling- a great bunch of people. I was even able to meet family at the halfway mark in Centralia. It was wonderful to see the outpouring or support from the sponsor #kaiserpermanente, communities along the route, and #cyclists helping other cyclist complete the long journey.
