Jiří Trnka - The Hand (1965)
Wanted my first entry here to be one of the first shorts I saw in a college class that initially pushed me into becoming interested in and caring for stop motion. The simple framing and impactful nature (and charming puppet work) had shown me what could be done with the medium. Not sure how much I'd like to write in these entries but I hope you'll enjoy and maybe see something in it too.
