According to the document after the war all prisoners of war from both sides should be returned home.
Armenia fulfilled the agreement and gave back all azeris prisoners of war, but Azerbaijan as always never keeps its word, it captures, tortures and murders people, still keeps Armenian prisoners of war.
The law is definitely not written for Turks/Azeris, they as always behave barbarically.
I am reading tons of information every day. I was surprised to find out that they totally support such a behavior of their government, they think that killing and torturing Armenian civilians: children, women, is normal and they support other Azeris doing it.

The only country from those mentioned which recognized Armenian genocide and said sorry for committing the crimes was Germany.
Neither England, no Israel, no Turkey recognize Armenian genocide.
As a result, year 2020 the war in Karabakh again the same countries involved: England, Israel and Turkey again are killing Armenians.
This what happens when the countries are not recognizing the crimes committed: the countries staying unpunished continue repeating the same crimes.

A 18-year-old Armenian guy was hiding in the forests for 90 days. At the end of Dezember he and other Armenian boys were killed.
Azeris/Turks kill and torture no matter whether the war is going on or not. Besides they hinder the rescue operations.
Turks have barbecues in the Armenian Church in Turkey. Is this what religious tolerance and respect looks like?
