Gun violance you don't get it.. do ya? it's not numbers that matter. but media coverage. people afraid that next time it would be them. or relatives. or friends. confidence drops. people isolate themself. people got more angry. it lead to violance in family. in commune in general. production rate falling because no confidence in future etc. what if you died because of medical mistake? no one even notice. same moment you will be replaced with newborn or immigrant. same for any other form of death. suicides also cause by overall pressure caused by economical situation. add to that what I wrote above and you get suicide rates even higher. think broader! it's not simple as "what cause more death". it's broader and much more complex system. life of single man does not important to government at all. what matter is tax base and amount of consumers. .

Santa Fe Shooting
I was reading the Teen Vogue story on snapchat, and they had an excerpt of an interview with a survivor, Paige. She couldn't have been more than two years older or two years younger than me. The thing that broke my heart though is that she expected a shooting to happen. This shouldn't be the norm or expected by anyone. Especially not a teenager. Americans wondering what they can do to get their schools safe, MAKE GUNS ILLEGAL.
In that same article, it describes how to survive a school shooting. This knowledge shouldn't be needed by ANYONE. I'm gonna post it here though in case it will help.
1. Find a safe classroom or closet. LOCK ALL DOORS
2. Stay away from doors and windows. Lower the blinds.
3. Stay on the floor and beside walls.
4. Turn off the lights.
5. Text your mother and tell her you love her.
Let that last one sink in. TEXT YOUR MOTHER AND SAY YOU LOVE HER. No mother, father or guardian deserves to receive a text like that. No child deserves to have to send a text like that. This is the 22nd school shooting in 2018. There have been 140 days in 2018. 22 school shootings is too much for 140 days. It's too many for 1400 days.

Today during lunch my friend was sorta caught off guard because she heard a loud sound that resembled a gunshot. I reassured her, saying that gunshots donβt echo. I mentioned this to my dad and we started talking. He told me that when I was in kindergarten or first grade there was a mass shooting out of state and he was worried, being a newish parent. So he taught me how to jump a fence. He taught me to run fast. And every day, he would time me to see how fast I could run. He turned it into a game. I was a kid, how was I supposed to know how serious it was? He told me that if you ever feel panicked because there are loud noises outside, donβt listen to the teacher. Run. I didnβt remember this. I was sitting, staring at him. There should not be a crisis in this FUCKING COUNTRY that means that every time I hear something resembling the sounds of a plane or a gunshot, I should not have to panic. I should not have to worry. I should not have to FUCKING WATCH OUT. So yeah, Iβm a leftist, if being a leftist means you help the mentally ill, and TAKE THEIR FUCKING GUNS. NEITHER I NOR ANYONE ELSE IN MY FUCKING SCHOOL SHOULD HAVE TO BE THINKING ABOUT ANY OF THIS. So yes, Donald J. Trump. FUCK YOU. I hope you get fucked over and die of bone cancer. I hope you and your family are assassinated by a suicidal man with a gun and nothing to fear or lose so youβd FUCKING UNDERSTAND AND GET IT THROUGH YOUR SKULL THAT you donβt deserve the blessing and luck of life in a peaceful country.
