Did You Know: While The Elder Scrolls: Arena will normally have you visit some of them most dangerous dungeons in Tamriel to defeat Jagar Tharn, you truly only have to visit Stonekeep to stop him? Stonekeep is the first dungeon you visit to learn the location of Fang Lair, where the first piece of the Staff of Chaos is located. However, if you just keep returning to Stonekeep, you can repeatedly pick up the parchment, which will advance the main quest all the way up to the defeat of Jagar Tharn.
Stonekeep
Stonekeep is in many ways a perfect encapsulation of the PC gaming scene of the mid-90s. It was a time of remarkable ambition matched by the breakneck speed of technological developments. The pace at which hardware was iterating and improving meant that it was often a struggle for developers to keep, a pitfall that Stonekeep was hamstrung by, stretching an initial development timeline of nine months to over five years.
