Last night's full moon brought tears, release, acceptance and realizations. Tears for what has happened in the past, release of resentment and anger, acceptance for where I am now and why I'm here, and realizations that most of what I think is an illusion and how to heal from them, for how I want things to be, both internally and externally. The first part of healing is identifying what is wrong, what is burdening you and keeping you sick, in my case mentally. It's figuring out that yes you can heal, yes you can relapse and struggle, but that doesn't mean you aren't healing.
