Stock Variance Does Not Automatically Mean Theft

Missing stock can have several causes. Over-pouring, short deliveries, damaged goods, evaporation, unrecorded transfers & incorrect product data can all affect the final figures.

The purpose of accurate counting is not to assume a cause. It is to provide dependable information so venue management can investigate appropriately.
