They say if you wake up at the same time every morning, you'll wake up at that time regardless of whether you have an alarm or not. That was completely true in Touya's case, and this morning he just so happened to wake up inside the tent he had set up somewhere to the side of route 20. In a few hours, this place would probably have a few people traveling through. It was best to go ahead and get the mourning routine in action so he could set out at a decent time.
It looked like breakfast this morning was going to be different fruits that Touya had picked up at a store recently, but first thing's first, the best way to really wake yourself up and start a day feeling good is to do some morning stretches. Just like the usual mornings, Ampharos joined Touya outside the tent and the two began their morning wake-up stretches. See, exercise is really important, even if you just do something really simple and easy like touching your toes and-- Oh no, did that pretty girl over there see him doing stretches before he noticed her? Touya immediately stopped what he was doing and pretended to do something else. After all, he hadn't been touching his toes or anything, he was just picking up his hat. Ampharos, apparently, found this all very funny.
