Echo was just so tired lately, it felt almost pointless going from day to day doing the same old things. In the end he had wandered away from his usual paths and ventured into the world. Something had been off however after entering the park, or someone at least. They were not human, or at least unlike any human Echo had encountered before. Even with his mutations suppressed he could smell it. Curious but wary Echo approached, perhaps against better judgement really.
