Thank you :) YES more will come!! Apologies for the hiatus. I initially had to pause in November to lock in for my MCAT, which is now thankfully done and defeated with much aplomb. Unfortunately I never regained back the free time I lost becuase I’ve now got thesis deadlines piled up, followed by med school apps. This has just unfortunately turned into one of the busiest years of my life, so art has been kept to smaller pieces that make me happy. However, I have the script complete all the way out to the END and I do hope to print it one day, so I hope to return to it! It just may be very slow or spotty until my life has calmed down. I just binge read the Plus One Ultra au and can i just say i am FLOORED. By the quality!!! OF THE ART.
Like it's such a great comic on a fundamental level. the expressions are always so well communicated, the framing is perfect for the scenes the comedic timing is always there for a joke. The speech bubbles are always in their right place and it's clear who is saying what.
But then. THE ART. OH MY GOD. THE ENSEMBLE SHOTS OF 1-A??? WILDDDD. The lil details like stain apparently lurking in the ground??? cannot wait for that checkov's gun to fire. THE BUILDING AND INTERIOR SHOTS??? WHOAAAAA. Best Jeanist's scene??? Oh goddd.
And the details! The tiny ones?? Like the towels in the bathroom which both have A for the surname, and Toshinori's is hanged further cus he has longer reach??? impeccable

i am incredibly curious though. if we are around the middle, how close are we to every gun going off. i cannot wait for the eventual conflict. they argue and it doesn't work out and then aizawa is presented with an alternative where he still keeps eri. but no!! he goes after toshi. bc he does actually live him.

Ahhhh thank you so much for this incredibly kind and thoughtful message!! I love hearing what people are paying attention to—it’s rarely what I expect. I do put a lot of thought into some little things, so it’s always nice to see people are looking for them. Yes, I’m holding a lot of guns. More guns than I have hands. And there are more guns still to come. I need to artfully arrange them before I set them off, so we’ve got a bit still to go. I’ll give you the hint that if this were to be serialized, it would be in telanovela format. No question is too silly for my silly kingdom. Will the league get involved? Who am I to say. I will neither confirm nor deny. However, what I will admit, in the effort of not leading you on to cruelly, is that I am not the biggest LoV fan (a fandom faux pas, I know). That being said, I have plans.

Aoyama is fr one of my forever faves!! Though I have been neglecting him recently. He truly is one of the most tragic figures of the series which is what I love. Him being a gag character only really enhances it for me lmao. I hope I’ll feel inspired to draw something for him soon 🙏

It will!! I do apologize for the long waits, I just graduated from college, moved, and am starting a new job, so I’ve been focusing on quicker art to keep me sane. I’ve been plucking at it in the background, dw, but it’s something that takes a good deal of time and energy to progress so I haven’t prioritized it while busy. I’ll try to prioritize it for the next month or two and churn out the next chapter! Again, the script is actually complete, just gotta get it drawn.
