Sharing this note from Chrissy Thompson talking about her recent work- “Hello, as a loyal Artist with WWAS for many years, I am happy to share my latest painting which was completed this week. I have been attending Wednesday morning classes for over 4 years with Stavros. Flowers are a favourite subject as I am a qualified Landscape Designer and recently planted over 60 Peony roses in my country garden. The shapes in this composition are quite geometric and the dark background was very relevant in the old Dutch Masters paintings to give added light to the subject as well as drama.
