No. At the time, I didn't think the fic would be as long as it was. I did ask the opinions of the fandom to wich characters would work well in this Hell's Kitchen world and I fell in love with the chanter choices I received. I also didn't plan for Jefferson to be the villain. That role was suppose to be for Victor, but things didn't work out to what I was trying to plan. I did plan on writing that scene for Neal in the first chapter. I wanted him to throw so much shade at Chef Gold and the other contestans. I couldn't leave it out. It was so funny to me and still is.
