Some wild 'booses, still playing with CB and especially BV's designs.
#heartbreaking decision to mostly hide RC's neckerchief but it was necessary for the toy solider aesthetic#I also made his shoulder boxes a little smaller so they could have the silhouette of those tassles ringleaders have#mostly just little tweaks for him#BV I went nuts with#Train Robber BV on top#I feel a bit like a coward for toning down his blue but it had to be done#might give him his headscarf back though it just dont look like him without it#Cbs got a big puffy truckers jacket instead of a shirt#and i made his usually softer makeup look more like the stripes you sometimes see on baseball players#he always gave me baseball uniform vibes more than trucker and it kinda makes sense in a “quintessential friendly american uncle” way#both BV and CB need their hair fixing and less harsh colour palettes#these aint final#my art#floating portraits#starlight express#stex#stex cb#stex rc#stex bv#stex red caboose#stex brake van#stex olc cb
