ℂ𝕃𝕆𝕊𝔼𝔻: for @steviesterfm 𝕃𝕆ℂ𝔸𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ: their shared dorm; roommate greeting

With  his  wardrobe  trunk  opened  at  the  foot  of  his  bed,  his  clothes  meticulously  packed  and  folded  into  the  compartments  while  one  of  his  favorite  velvet  smoking  jackets  hung  from  the  inside  hanger,  Alistair  stood  there  in  a  semi-sheer  pair  of  white  linen  resort  pants  that  he  was  honestly  only  wearing  to  give  himself  some  modesty  as  he  adjusted  back  to  having  to  live  with  someone  else;  someone  that  wasn't  his  partner,  or  rather  his  now  ex  partner;  someone  he  wasn't  sleeping  with;  an  actual  roommate.

“I  was  starting  to  think  you  were  never  going  to  show,”  he  mused,  his  voice  warm  and  soft  as  a  bit  of  tiredness  drifted  through  his  breath  as  he  kept  his  back  to  the  stranger  as  they  joined  him  in  his  room--  in  their  room--  and  moved  towards  the  bed  on  their  side.  Taking  his  discarded  shirt,  pants,  and  underwear  from  the  foot  of  his  bed  he  folded  each  one  despite  them  being  dirty  and  neatly  placed  them  in  the  bottom  compartment  on  the  left  side  of  his  trunk  to  store  them  until  he  did  his  laundry  the  next  day.  That  was  going  to  be  another  milestone  for  Alistair,  he  couldn't  remember  the  last  time  he  had  to  busy  himself  with  such  mundane  tasks. 

He  was  really  starting  to  think  he  took  his  staff  at  home  for  granted.

“Did  you  just  get  in  or  were  you  off  entertaining  one  the  resident  Dominants?”
