thinking deeply about algebralien worldbuilding stuff. For my AU. I think algebraliens are a social species
VERY social. They sleep in snuggle piles and share a home in their plots of land. That can be villages, the wilderness, towns and cities -- those guys SHARE it!! Your typical algebralien is in packs of 3-10 but duos happen.
An algebralien wanting to be alone and have their own space is a-okay, we all need it -- but completely cutting themselves off from ANY sort of interaction is a huge red flag. Something is wrong.
Fifteen is a very good example for this and I want to say Two as well..? Two shuts down and doesn't actually interact with anyone beyond basic needs after TPOT 15. Maybe not Two as well aaa
Forced isolation is bad. One and Three being locked away for roughly a decade (in the au ‼️) does not help them at all. One stews on revenge while Three becomes paranoid and guilty, allowing Four to take xym to his domain, accepting the isolation as punishment.
Algebraliens can group up with anything as long as they have SOMEONE. Objects, animals, other algebraliens-- they just need a group.
Anyhow what would an algebralien pack be called? Just a pack? A herd? Maybe a set?
