This is a super quick look at my heart. I bought an ultrasound machine and I don't know how to use it yet! It's got colour, loads of built in stuff for measurements and calculations, and it can work with my monitor ECG out if I can ever find the cable sets to buy.

Once I figure out how to properly position myself and the probe, and learn how to play with the gain, depth, and modes properly, i'm going to be able to do heaps with it. I just need a bunch of time to learn how to be a cardiac ultrasound tech hah. Every time I get it out I get too heart horny to learn much, to be honest. It's amazing.

partied a little too hard last night, got in a 45 minute nap, and this is the slowest my heart has been all day.

I also tend to hold a bottle under the intake valve of a bag valve mask but sometimes I want a big hit instead of a long, slow, session of keeping my heart pumping at 160bpm+ from pretty constant administration. It still irritates my skin a little, and it's a little too easy to go through half a bottle and end up with a pulse ox below the alarm threshold (90) that way, too. It's good fun, and I love it, oh god I love it so much, but sometimes I don't want to spend hours playing with my heart and recovering.

Did some poppers. They'd already hit by the time I started recording, and I take a couple of hits throughout.

The poppers flow murmur is always fun
